SITUATION AND MISSION: Thanks to CIA asset SANDPIPER who was working undercover at the Jace Skell Conference Hall, we now have an actionable target package on the ENIGMA unit. Previous SIGINT reports indicated that they are behind covert operations on Auroa, which have resulted in numerous casualties among both local allied rebels and civilians. Our intel suggests that their commander received training from a rogue veteran of the 1st New Zealand SAS Regiment, indicating that we may be facing an enemy SOF composed of highly skilled personnel. SANDPIPER activated his SARSAT distress beacon at 1350 hours. Thanks to a previous COMINT operation, TOC has successfully tapped into the security cameras and the footage confirms that Rigel Residences are currently under a strict lockdown, with a heightened presence of Sentinel guards patrolling the vicinity. They are preventing anyone from leaving the area and conducting violent interrogations. (edited)

Our mission is to first safeguard SANDPIPER, then proceed to eliminating HVT SPHINX, the commanding officer of the ENIGMA unit, and finally, to strike their main FOB, taking down the remainder of the unit once and for all. CONCEPT OF OPERATION: QRF JAGUAR will depart from Erewhon HQ at 1900 hours and HALO to the LZ east of Alpha. The team will proceed to objectives on foot while avoiding the roads. We will exercise extreme caution to avoid spooking the HVT or triggering a radio alert to their FOB, which could jeopardize the mission. (edited)

CHARLIE: Target of opportunity - clear Checkpoint Viper Foxtrot, look for logs and bag portable electronics, command wants to know what the enemy was moving through the AO as multiple convoys have been spotted.

DELTA: Eliminate the rest of ENIGMA unit at their FOB: Blue Viper Outpost. Secondary objective is to free an allied rebel held captive on-site. He has sent a photo to our HUMINT line confirming his location and status, he needs our help to escape.
